   Peel and cube potatoes (large cubes).

   Boil in salt water until tender.

   Brown ground beef; season to your taste.

   (I like to use salt, pepper, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce and sometimes cayenne pepper.)

   Drain beef and add onions, cooking until onions are tender.

   Add potatoes and enough of the water to make soupy.

   Mix all together and season again if needed.
