Gooey Butter Cookies

   Allow butter and cream cheese to soften and preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   Mix cake mix ( you can really use any kind, I have used butter and chocolate) with the butter, cream cheese and egg.

   After the ingredients are all mixed together, put in refridgerator over night or for at least 4 hours.

   Roll into balls (about the size of a cherry or slightly larger) and roll in powdered sugar.

   Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.

   I sometimes sprinkle a little extra powdered sugar on top after they come out of the oven, but this is not neccesary.
