Good Licken Chicken Recipe

   Use the backs and necks - boil these to make stock.

   Or possibly use two cans of water.

   can button mushrooms, liquid removed 1 pimento, minced 1/2 teaspoon Accent 1/2 teaspoon grnd pepper (no salt)

   Spread dry soup fold in bottom of baking dish or possibly roaster.

   Cover with the uncooked rice.

   Arrange chicken pcs over rice.

   Combine soup and water.

   Pour over chicken.

    Sprinkle mushrooms, pepper and pimento over the top.

    Cover.

    Bake 350 1 hour 45 min or possibly longer.

    If desired chicken browner remove cover last few min.
