Golumki (Stuffed Cabbage) Recipe

   Remove hard core of cabbage.

   Simmer covered, removing outer leaves as they wilt.

   Mix together the grnd beef, rice, salt, Large eggs, onion and 2 Tbsp.

   of the tomato soup.

   Pour the remaining soup and a can of water into a 10 x 12 inch casserole.

   Place about a 1/4 c. of meat and rice mix on each cabbage leaf.

   Fold sides toward center and roll up.

   Place rolls in casserole.

   Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs.

    Remove cover for last 15 min.
