1 head cabbage
1 pound grnd beef
1 pound grnd pork
1 onion, minced
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
3/4 c. partially cooked rice
1 egg
1 can tomato soup
2 tbsp. butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Wilt cabbage leaves by scalding in boiling water to that 2 Tbsp.

Saute/fry onion in butter till transparent.

Combine meat, egg, rice and seasonings.

Spread each cabbage leaf with about 2 Tbsp.
