Glazed Pecans

   Preheat oven to 290 degrees

   Beat on egg white and 1 T water until stiff peaks form.

   In a large plastic bag mix 1 c sugar,. 1 t salt, and 1-2 t cinnamon.

   Add pecan halves to the egg whites, covering.

   Spoon Pecans into ziplock bag and shake to mix and cover the pecans

   Pour onto baking sheet with edges or roasting pan and spread into thin layer.

   Bake for 1 hour, mixing at least 2 times with spatula to avoid burned spots and ensure pecans bake thoroughly.
