Glazed Pecans

   Combine all ingredients, except pecans, in a medium size saucepan; stir well.

   Place over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.

   Continue to cook until thermometer (candy) registers about 220u00b0.

   Remove from heat.

   Add pecans, stirring until well coated.

   Spread pecans on waxed paper and separate with a fork.

   Cool.

   Yields 4 cups.
