⅔ cup milk
2 teaspoons salt
¼ teaspoon pepper

⅔ cup onion, chopped
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 lbs hamburger meat
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard

Stir together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and bread.

Add carrots, onion, cheese and hamburger and mix well.

Form into loaf.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hours.

Meanwhile, combine brown sugar, ketchup, and mustard.

Mix well.

When the hour is up, drain liquids and spread brown sugar, ketchup and mustard mixture over the meatloaf and bake 15 min longer.
