2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 eggs
¾ cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons oil
½ cup water
¼ cup cornstarch
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup vinegar
⅓ cup sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced

Combine water chestnuts, onions, meat, soy sauce, eggs and bread crumbs.

Mix and shape into small balls.

Fry meatballs in oil in wok, until well browned.
