ice cubes
3/4 cup orange juice
3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided
4 shortcake biscuits
assorted decorating gels
coloured sprinkles
assorted Halloween candies

Mix 2 cups baking crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
