1 pound tiny new potatoes
8 ounces low-fat chicken sausage, preferably with Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon flour
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 cup water
1 large pimento to yield 1/4 cup chopped
2 scallions
⅛ teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Scrub potatoes and cook in water to cover until potatoes are done, about 17 minutes.
