1 c. grated cheese
2 Tbsp. catsup
1 can French fried onion rings

Brown meat and onions. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook potatoes and carrots; drain. Mix catsup, meat, soups and vegetables together. Place in large casserole dish. Top with cheese and onion rings. Cover with foil. Bake at 350u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
