Gerden Meatballs

   Run bread slices through a food processor until turned into crumbs.

   In a seperate bowl, combine carrots, broccoli, garlic, and ground beef.

   Once the beef and vegetables have been combined, add and the breadcrumbs and mix well.

   Place in a cake pan and place in oven preheated to 350 F and cook for 25 minutes.

   Garden meatballs can be served with rice and steamed vegetables, but hey.
