Georgia Pecan Pie

   Heat oven to 400u00b0. Combine eggs, sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter and vanilla.

   Stir until well mixed.

   Spread pecan halves on crust and cover with filling.

   Place pie in oven and immediately reduce heat to 350u00b0.

   Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until mixture is firm in center.
