Gently-Flavored Egg Drop

   Heat broth in 2-qt pan to boiling.

   Meanwhile, thoroughly rinse off carrot and celery.

   Remove leaves and white bottom of celery.

   Cut off top and bottom end of the carrot (approx.

   1/2 in on each side).

   Chop both and add to broth.

   Use Garlic Press on garlic clove(s) and add to broth.

   In small mixing bowl, stir eggs long enough that yolk is partially mixed with whites.

   Once broth mixture is rapidly boiling (this is the key), slowly pour the egg mix into the broth while stirring.

    Stir an extra minute or two and then serve hot.
