Beat a whole egg and brush over calzone so it will brown.

Sprinkle poppy or sesame seeds on top and cut three small slices on top to let steam escape.

Put calzone on lightly greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, checking at 45 minutes and remove when brown. Add 5 to 10 minutes for 2 calzones.
