3 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. ground venison
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. oregano
8 oz. can tomatoes
1 1/2 c. beef broth
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Saute onion and green pepper in the oil until soft.

Add ground meat and saute until it loses its color.

Save cheese and heat to a boil.

Turn down and simmer, covered, for 20 to 25 minutes.
