In medium bowl, beat egg with milk, flour, sugar, baking soda. baking powder, salt. Using funnel with about 3/8 inch diameter sppout opening hold finger over end of funnel spout. Pour about 3 tablespoons batter into funnel if using round mini fryer or 4 tablespoons batter for rectangular mini fryer. Hold funnel above mini fryer, move finger. As batter flows through spout move funnel in a crisscrossing patter above surface of hot oil or until funnel is empty. Batter should drip rapidly through funnel spout, if too thick add 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of milk. Cake will take shape of mini fryer. Fry about 1 minute, turn and fry about 1/2 minute, drain sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm
