Fudge

   Mix cocoa, sugar, salt and milk in saucepan.

   Bring to a hard boil stirring constantly.

   Turn down heat to low and continue to cook until it forms a ball in cold water or 234u00b0 on candy thermometer.

   Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.

   Mix well and transfer to platter.

   Let cool and cut.
