Fruit Roll Up Cookies

   In large bowl, combine cream cheese, butter until creamy.

   Add 2 egg yolks, gradually add flour.

   Blend with hands and form into one large ball.

   Wrap with saran wrap and refrigerate overnight.

   On a floured board, roll out dough.

   With a knife, make six squares (like a tic-tac-toe board).

   With a tablespoon drop onto one square.

   Roll dough as it looks like a log.

   Dip unfolded side in reserved egg whites and then dip in sugar and lay sugared side up on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Repeat until dough is completely used.

    Bake at 325F for 20 minutes.
