3 tbsp icing sugar
2/3 cup soft butter

Glaze:
Fruit jam
water

Crust: Mix together to form a ball. Press out on pizza pan with rolling pin.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.

Topping: Beat together . Spread over crust.

_Arrange fruit on top in circular fashion starting from the outside.

Glaze: Mix half a cup of fruit jam with with two tbsp of water. Heat in microwave to soften it and make it spreadable. Brush over fruit with pastry brush.
