Frosty Pina Colada Pops

   Drain pineapple, reserving the juice.

   Meanwhile, stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.

   until completely dissolved.

   Stir in rum.

   Add enough ice cubes to reserved pineapple juice to measure 3/4 cup; stir until slightly thickened.

   Remove any unmelted ice.

   Refrigerate 15 min.

   or until slightly thickened.

   Stir in pineapple.

    Pour evenly into six 5-oz.

    paper or plastic cups.

    Freeze 1 hour.

    Insert wooden pop stick into center of each cup.

    Freeze an additional 3 hours or until pops are firm.

    Remove from freezer about 5 min.
