Fried potatoes with bacon

   Microwave potatoes for 7 or 8 minutes.

   Add 5-6tbsp of vegetable oil to a pan and wait til heated.

   Add potatoes and stir on medium to low setting.

   Sprinkle french fry seasoning evenly over potatoes and turn to low heat setting.

   While potatoes are getting tender, in a seperate frying pan.

   Cook bacon.

   As soon as potatoes are fork tender (fork goes traight through potatoe) mix in cooked bacon, and some cheese (any kind but i used taco cheese)

   Melt cheese into potatoes and stir bacon.

   Your good to go!!!

    This stuff is delicious.

    I do not know the nutritional value of it though.
