Fried Fish With Garlic Sauce

   First warm up a shallow pan and place some butter and garlic on it. Then cover a fillet with cornstarch and salt and put it on the pan. Cook it until that side is brown (this should take about 5 minutes) and turn it over. Repeat this with each fillet. Warning: The fillets cook faster as the pan gets hot.

   Once you've finished frying each side of the fish, put it on a plate, add a slice of lemon on the side, some yogurt too, and you're ready!
