Fried Cabbage with BACON

   Pan fry bacon.

   I use a cast iron skillet

   Remove bacon and add onion,garlic and bell pepper.

   Sautee until tender

   Add cabbage and cover, stirring occasionally until tender

   Add cooked bacon back to the skillet with the cabbage at the very end and mix.
