   First add oil to pot then add noodles to fry .

   After they are light brown add 9 cups of water and let it start to boil

   Once water is boiling add onion tomatoe and garlic

   Add bullion stir and taste .

   If it needs more bullion add more if not leave as is .

   Boil for about 30 minuets then let it cool for about 10 minuets .

   Serve add lemon and garnish with a tablespoon of sour cream and sprinkles of cilantro.
