Fresh Fruit Pizza

   Make cookie dough and spread on a 14-inch greased pizza pan and prick with a fork.

   Then bake 15 minutes or until done.

   Mix softened cream cheese, whipped topping, vanilla, and lemon juice Beat well.

   Spread on bake cookie.

   Then arrange fruit on top. Examples of fruit to use:

   strawberries, fresh pineapple, grapes, raspberries, blackberries, bananas, peaches, kiwi, or any fruit that you want or that is in season.

   Use Fruit Fresh on bananas and peaches so they don't get brown.

   Watermelon, cantaloupe, or honey dew may also be used.
