1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 to 2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking pwdr
1 egg
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. pecans, minced

Mix first 6 ingredients till crumbly.

Reserve one c. for topping.

Add in remaining ingredients except for butter and pecans and beat 4 min.

Pour into a 9x13 inch greased and floured pan.

Add in topping and pecans and bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.

Remove and drizzle melted butter over top.
