1 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 red Delicious apples, shredded or 2 1/2 c.
1 c. chopped walnuts

In large bowl, blend flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

Beat on low for 3 minutes.
