2 tablespoons flour

3/4 cup beef bouillon
1/4 cup sherry wine
1 1/2 cups croutons, plain
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup swiss cheese, shredded
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Cook onions in butter, just until tender.
