3. Place the dough in a lightly oiled large bowl. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place until doubled in volume, about 1 hour.

4. Deflate the dough; turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Divide the dought into 14 equal pieces and form into round balls. Place on lightly greased baking sheet(s) at least 2 inches apart.

5. Cover the rolls with a damp cloth and let rise until doubled in volume, about 45 minutes.

6. Preheat oven to 400. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
