First thing first. Get out your blender and puree chunks of fresh watermelon. You'll need 2 cups for the recipe. (Cold, so do this ahead of time so the juice can sit in the fridge.)
-
2
Start by mixing the Jell-O with the boiling water until completely dissolved. Next, add the COLD watermelon juice. Put Jell-O in the fridge for about 1 hour, or until soft set (not runny!).

While the Jell-O is setting up, place the graham crackers in your blender and make crumbs. Then in a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter with a fork until the butter is evenly distributed. Gently press half of the graham cracker crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.

When the Jell-O is set, whip the mixture with a hand mixer. Add the whipped topping and mix well. Then gently fold in the blueberries.
-
5
Spoon the Jell-O mixture onto the graham cracker crust. Smooth the top, then spoon the remaining graham cracker crumb mixture over the top, spreading evenly.
-
6
Place the pie in the fridge to set for about 4 hours. Remove immediately before serving. Keep refrigerated.
