Fragrant Peanut Mole Chicken Skillet

   Cook and stir nuts, cinnamon and cumin in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.

   or until nuts are lightly toasted.

   Remove from skillet; set aside.

   Add dressing and onions to skillet; cook and stir 3 min.

   Add chicken; cook 5 min.

   Turn chicken; stir mole sauce into onion mixture.

   Bring sauce to boil; cover.

   Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min.

   or until chicken is done (165F), stirring occasionally and adding nuts for the last 3 min.

    Remove skillet from heat.

    Let stand 5 min.

    Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
