Fowl Play

   Saute onion in vegetable oil lightly.

   Brown chicken parts in oil.

   Just barely cover with water, then add salt and pepper to taste.

   Cover with paprika (as much as you like).

   Simmer until chicken is done, then mix about 3 tablespoons flour to a cup of milk.

   Add this to the chicken and simmer until it is thick.

   Very good with pasta.
