Foolproof Beef And Broccoli

   Slice beef across grain into very thin strips.

   In skillet over medium heat cook beef and garlic until beef is brown.

   Add onion and cook 5 minutes.

   Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. Heat to a boil.

   Add broccoli.

   Reduce heat to low.

   Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

   Serve over noodles.
