Flora's Holiday Cheeseball

   While cream cheese is coming to room temperture; wash your dried beef off with water to remove any excess salt.

   Then chop finely.

   Add all ingriedents together in a bowl.

   Lay a piece of plastic wrap out on the counter.

   Mix ingredients together with mixer (hard to clean) or with clean hands.

   Drop on plastic wrap...then wash hands clean.

   Roll ball inside plastic wrap...the plastic wrap helps it keep its shape and not make a mess.

   *you can roll in nuts at this point if you choose to

   Put on a plate and serve with party crackers.

    Refrigerate your leftovers.
