Flan(A Spanish Custard)

   Cook sugar and water until light brown.

   Pour immediately into pan which is at least 2 inches deep and 8 inches wide.

   Cool. Blend flan ingredients in blender or food processor until no lumps.

   Pour into cooled flan pan.

   Put this into a larger pan with water in it about halfway up on smaller flan pan.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.

   Cool and unmold or serve from pan.
