Fish Sausage and Bacon One-Bite Pizza

   Cut the sausage and bacon to the same width, about 5 cm.

   Season the bacon with salt and pepper, and wrap the sausage.

   Cut the logs from Step 1 in half.

   Using small skewers or toothpicks, secure the wrapped end (you can secure first, then cut in half too).

   On the cut side, add pizza sauce.

   Top with cheese.

   Toast for 5 minutes.

   If you like, season with shichimi spice, basil or whatever.

   If it needs more time, pop it back in the toaster oven.
