In the heating pan add butter and bread crumbs add little bit of salt and pepper then garlic and onion powder mixed everything well and let's cool then add pamassan cheese into the bread crumbs.

On the flour plate add half all round spices and stir to get the spice mix throughly with the flour

Patch dry the fish add salt and pepper then the rest of all round spices rup throughly.

Coat the fish with flour mixture and into the eeg and coat the fish with bread crumbs, press tightly and set for frying.

On the heating pan add olive oil and fry each side of the fish 6- 7 minutes, served with white gravy or mushrooms soup.
