Ingredients: 28 oz tomato sauce x3; 16 oz can tomato paste; 28 oz can of diced tomatoes; 1 large can light red kidney beans; 2 lb stew meat; 2 lb hamburger meat; 3 medium onions; 1 medium red bell pepper; 1 medium green bell pepper; 3 packages chili powder; 16 oz warm water; 2 1/2 tbsp sugar; 1 medium bag of shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

16 oz can tomato paste
28 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 large can light red kidney beans
2 lb stew meat
2 lb hamburger meat
3 medium onions
1 medium red bell pepper
1 medium green bell pepper
3 packages chili powder
16 oz warm water
2 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 medium bag of shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

In large pot on low heat add tomato paste and let it warm up while stirring (abt 3-4 mins)

Add chili powder and water keep stirring

Add tomato sauce mix well

Add sugar to sauce

Add diced tomatoes

Turn heat to simmer... stir occasionally.

Chop up onions and both red and green peppers

In a large pan fry up hamburger meat and stew meat also adding onions and peppers

When done do not drain add to sauce mix well

Let simmer stirring occasionally for at least an hour and a half

Add kidney beans let simmer for at least 30 mins

After dished up top with shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
