Fiesta Taco Bake

   Heat oven to 350F.

   Brown meat in large skillet.

   Add Velveeta and water; cook 3 to 5 min.

   or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.

   Remove from heat.

   Stir in salsa.

   Spray 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.

   Place 1/3 of the crushed taco shells in prepared dish; top with half the meat mixture.

   Repeat layers.

    Top with remaining crushed taco shells; sprinkle with shredded cheese.

    Bake 25 min.
