Fiesta Corn Bread

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   In large skillet cook beef and drain. Add onion and peppers and cook until tender.

   Set aside.

   In large bowl mix meal, sugar, salt, baking powder, oil, eggs and milk.

   Mix with meat.

   Pour half in a greased 9 x 16-inch pan.

   Cover with cheese slices.

   Pour remaining mixture over cheese.

   Bake in oven for 1 hour.
