Feigenwolkchen German Cookies

   Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

   Mix the flour, margarine, sugar, egg yolk, and cream until smooth.

   Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

   Stretch the dough and cut out the cookies using cookie molds.

   Take one cookie and add a spoonful of fig jam in the center. Place another cookie on top. Brush the cookie borders and surface with egg white. Sprinkle with superfine sugar.

   Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

   Allow them to cool and serve.
