Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine the meat with the spices and liquid ingredients (and optional onions), then add the bread crumbs until you get a consistency that will shape into a loaf nicely.

Do not press it in to fit the pan!

Baste meatloaf with glaze after first thirty minutes.

Bake for another 20 minutes, baste again, and bake for another ten minutes.
