3 whole Eggs, Beaten
1/4 cups Milk
1- 1/2 cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
3/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
1- 1/2 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Oregano, Dried
1 Tablespoon Basil, Dried
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
2 Tablespoons Parsley, Dried
1- 1/2 pound Chicken Breast, Pounded To 1/4 In Thickness
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Butter

In a shallow bowl, gently mix the eggs and the milk.

Set aside.

In another shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, cheese and all other spices.

Season your chicken on both sides with additional salt and pepper.

Melt olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium high heat.

Thoroughly dredge the chicken in the egg, and then the breadcrumb mixture.Evenly coat both sides, shake off excess, then into the hot pan!

Do not overcrowd the pan with chicken; I always cook them in batches.

Cook about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through.

Remove from pan and cover to keep warm until the rest of chicken is finished.

Note: You may need to clean the pan halfway through if excess breading has come off of the chicken.

Just add another 2 tablespoons each of olive oil and butter and get back in the game!
