2 c. hot water
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 tsp. vanilla
sugar and cinnamon

Soak farfel in hot water. Do not squeeze out.

Beat eggs with sugar.

Add to the farfel.

Beat sour cream with cottage cheese and add farfel and egg mixture.
