Extremely Easy Corn Soup

   Grate the corn kernels from the cob.

   In pot, stir the corn on medium to low heat for 2 minutes, being careful not to let it burn.

   I recommend using a enamel cast iron pot.

   Add a small amount of milk and heat for an additional minute.

5. 5

   Add the remaining milk and salt and heat until it begins to bubble, then it's ready to serve.
