Cook pasta as directed by your box.

Drain amd set aside.

In a large skillet or medium sauce pan melt butter on medium heat.

Once completely melted add flour and whisk together.

Wisk continuously until slightly browned.

Wisk in milk a 1/4 cup at a time making sure all lumps are gone before adding more.

Now add 2 cups of cheddar a hand full at a time wisk in continuously.

Once cheddar is fully melted add your mozzarella cheese the same way you did the cheddar.

Season cheese sauce with black pepper and adobo to your liking.

Pour you pasta into baking dish I used a 9x11 pan and pour your cheese sauce over top.

Mix well so all pasta is coated.

Sprinkle remain cheddar on top and bake at 350 for 20 minutes until additional cheese is melted.
