¼ cup bell pepper, chopped

½ teaspoon Mexican oregano
2 (14 3/4 ounce) cans creamed corn
4 cups frozen corn
1 -2 cup water
2 cups half-and-half
1 cup jalapeno jack cheese, grated
1 cup monterey jack cheese, grated
1 dash Mexican hot sauce

In a Dutch oven, melt the butter and then add the chicken, onion, galic, and bell pepper.
