Excellent! Eggplant and Bacon Cream Pasta

   Dice the eggplant and soak in water.

   Dice the bacon as well.

   Dice the broccoli stem.

   Coat a pan with oil and stir fry the finely-chopped garlic.

   Add the broccoli stem.

   Add the eggplant and bacon and stir fry some more.

   For the cream sauce: Heat flour in another pan, add milk little by little and stir, so it doesn't become lumpy.

   Turn the heat on and add salt, pepper and soup stock granules.

   Simmer over low heat until thickened (adjust the taste here if necessary.)

    Add the stir fried ingredients, boiled pasta and the pasta water (2 tablespoons worth), mix together and it's done.
